MTS
Themed landing page, design, copy and interactive activities. The work was delivered and the acceptance certificates were signed with no claims
A themed Labour Day landing page following MTS guidelines: concept, design, copy and the site itself.
We won a tender on the MTS procurement portal and built a themed Labour Day landing page: the concept, design to the MTS guidelines, the texts and a site in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. Inside the landing page there are three interactive activities (a rebus, a crossword and a quiz) with a shared results table and a winner chosen by points or by lot. We drew 6 stickers and 3 banners: one for the main block of the site and two for mailings.
From concept and creatives to code and texts the project took about a month. The work was delivered in full and the acts were signed without complaints.
If you need a landing page or a campaign that follows a strict brand book, we do it all at once: the idea, the texts, the design, the code and the hand-over.
up-movement events
Audit, agreeing requirements, rework and content filling. The site was accepted by the client and launched
Bring to acceptance and launch a site that had been in development for about a year.
We joined a website that had been in development for about a year: the design was approved, but the front end was full of errors, and the functions and the criteria for completion were not defined. We audited the project and discussed its state with the client, worked out the customer journey, agreed on design changes and feasible functions within the budget, and fixed the requirements and acceptance conditions. We described the logic of the custom functions and handed the tasks to the developers: the team built a new front end and fixed the errors. When the client turned out to have no content, we brought in a copywriter and an assistant and filled the site.
We delivered the design and the front end, filled the site with content, the client accepted the work, the closing documents were signed and the site went live.
If a project has stalled, it can be brought back on track: we start with an audit and a shared understanding of the result, then split the work into stages and hand over each one.

WordPress instead of UMI.CMS, a new design and data migration
Replace the outdated UMI.CMS with a new corporate WordPress site and keep the old site’s data.
A new corporate website for a property developer on WordPress instead of the outdated UMI.CMS: style and design, front-end build and a migrator that moved the old site’s data (about 3,700 addresses, including the English version). We also prepared banners and a short video made from a still photo with people added.
The developer received a new WordPress site onto which a migrator moved all the data of the old one.
Moving off an old system does not wipe out what you have built up: data is moved automatically and the design is agreed before the build.

Logo, palette, fonts and application mock-ups in one identity
Create a brand identity for a physiotherapy centre: the centre already had a Pilates studio and colour preferences.
By the time we started, the centre already had a Pilates studio and colour preferences. We selected references, agreed a six-colour palette, prepared several options, chose a direction and took it to the final version with minor edits. We developed the logo and its versions, an emblem and patterns, chose typefaces and applied the style to documents, subscriptions, gift certificates, staff uniforms, packaging and the entrance area.
The centre received a complete brand identity: logo, colours, typefaces, patterns and examples of use in one 29-page presentation. The project was delivered in 2025 and the identity has been put into use at the centre.
If you already have a business and an idea of colour, we turn it into a recognisable brand without endless rounds of edits.
Trademarks belong to their owners; a mention does not imply their endorsement or partnership. A project description does not guarantee the same result for you.
Five steps from the first conversation to launch. We start nothing until you have approved the solutions and the estimate.
We discuss your business and goals: what you need, what you want to achieve, what you already have.
We study what relates to your task: the website, brand identity, listings, advertising or enquiry handling. We agree the scope of the analysis in advance.
We propose what to do for your goals and agree with you on the directions and their order.
We calculate the cost and timing for what was agreed. You know the price before work begins.
We launch the agreed directions in stages and show the results in reports.
One person in charge leads the project and coordinates the specialists. You know what we are doing, what it costs and what the next stage is.
Take one service or several. Prices are starting prices; we agree the scope of work in the estimate.
We design the structure, develop the design and the features you need, test the site and get it ready to work. We define the scope and cost after discussing your task.
A recognisable brand identity and short vertical videos for Instagram. We agree the format and volume of materials in the estimate.
We set up and run advertising on Google and Instagram. We agree which action counts as an enquiry and track its cost.
We set up the listings and manage them every month: we reply to reviews on your behalf and keep the data up to date. Paid placement on the platforms is paid separately if it is needed.
Answers typical questions using agreed information and collects a request for the administrator. Working with live time slots and your booking software is checked separately.
An AI receptionist answers typical questions and collects enquiries while your team is busy. See how it could work for your business.
A question about price, time or a service arrives in your business’s WhatsApp.
The bot uses the price list and information you have agreed. What is not in them, it does not state.
The name, contact, service and preferred time go to the administrator, who confirms the time.
This is a working AI receptionist. Write to it as a customer: ask a price, leave a request, write in Kyrgyz or English. The names and prices in the demo are fictional.
You are talking to AI, not a person. Messages are processed by our server in the Netherlands and by OpenAI (USA) and kept for up to 30 days; do not share passport, medical or payment details. By starting the chat you agree to this transfer. Details

Where customers slip away depends on the industry. Pick yours and start a 3-week pilot: we connect the AI receptionist to your WhatsApp and count how many requests it took.
“How much is the treatment? Can I come tomorrow?” at 22:10. The reply comes at 9:30.
The stylist is with a client and the phone is in a bag. By the time someone replies, the customer has booked at the salon next door.
“Do you have a table for 8 on Saturday?” on a Friday evening, right at rush hour.
“How much is an oil change on a Camry?” The mechanic is under a car, and the message waits until lunch.
A 3-week pilot costs 10,000 som. First we will build a free demo on your price list so that you can write to the bot yourself.
A game simulation, not a measurement of your business
Two checks we carried out ourselves. They show the situation on a particular day and in a particular sample, not the whole market.
TezJoop measurements, 14 and 20 October 2026
“Secret customer”: on 14 October 2026, from 21:00 to 21:50 Bishkek time, we wrote on WhatsApp to 30 dental clinics in Bishkek as an ordinary patient. 4 clinics replied within 15 minutes, 17 replied only in the morning. This is not a ranking or a market estimate: the sample is not random, we do not name the clinics, and the figures describe a single evening.
2GIS listings: a check of 200 listings in eight industries on 20 October 2026, based on the public data of the listings on that date.
You send a link to your 2GIS listing. In 1–2 days you get a short report: how up to date the data is, reviews and replies to them, possible improvements.
By agreement we will add a response-speed check: we write to you in the evening as a customer and see how long the reply takes.

An optional calculation: enter your own figures. The assumptions are below the result.
Your estimate: what part of the evening enquiries could have ended in a purchase but was lost because of waiting for a reply. This is not simply the share of unanswered messages.
Possible lost revenue over 30 days under the chosen conditions.
Estimated number of lost purchases: 30.

Ask a questionYes. You can choose a single service. We agree the task and the scope of work; other services are added only if needed.
After discussing the task we clarify the volume, stages and materials, then agree an estimate. The prices on the site are starting prices; the final cost is fixed in the contract or estimate.
We start by checking the current state and access. After that we suggest what to fix and whether the existing base can be used.
Your administrator stays. The bot works when they are not around: evenings, nights, weekends and while they are busy with a patient. In the morning your administrator sees the ready bookings.
It only quotes prices from your price list. If something isn't on the list, it doesn't name a price and offers a consultation instead. During the pilot you see the chats, and we adjust the price list and replies based on your feedback.
Yes. The bot says straight away that it is an AI assistant and calls a person on request. What matters to the customer is getting an answer now, not in the morning.
No. We connect to your number through Meta's official access, and your administrator keeps writing from their app as before.
Chats are kept for no longer than 30 days. We process data only for bookings and only under a contract with you, and never use it for our own purposes. Where and how it is processed is set out in the contract.
At the moment the bot passes the request details to the administrator: name, contact, service and preferred time. The administrator enters them into their own system and confirms the booking. Automatic transfer through an API is checked separately for your software.
Tell us what you want to change: the website, brand identity, promotion or enquiry handling. We will clarify the task and suggest the next step.
