What data we receive

When you write to us on WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the text of your messages, including a link to your 2GIS listing.
When you write to the demo chat on the site: the text of your messages, and your name and phone if you give them. The demo sends nothing to clinics.
If you allowed analytics: the page address, device and browser type, the source of the visit and your actions on the page (clicks, scrolling, session recording).

Why and on what basis

To answer your WhatsApp request, run a check and prepare an offer: at your initiative before a contract.
To show how the demo chat works: with your consent to transferring your messages abroad: the notice sits next to the chat, and by starting the chat you give consent.
To count visits and see which pages and ads bring enquiries: with your consent in the analytics banner.

Who receives it and in which countries

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, USA): your correspondence with us on WhatsApp.
YCloud: the provider that connects WhatsApp to our system.
OpenAI (USA): processing of demo chat text by a language model.
Vultr, servers in the Netherlands: hosting of the site and the demo chat.
Google (USA): Google Analytics, only if you allowed analytics.
Yandex (Russia): Yandex Metrica, including “Webvisor” (a recording of your actions on the page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling), only if you allowed analytics.

These countries are not on the list of countries with adequate data protection approved by the authorised body (as of 25 October 2026 only the Kyrgyz Republic is confirmed on it), so data is transferred abroad with your consent. We do not sell data or use it for mailings you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Demo chat messages: no longer than 30 days, then deleted automatically. Our WhatsApp correspondence: while it is needed for your request; we delete it on request. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica in aggregated form and as session recordings for the periods set by those services.

Your rights

You can find out which of your data we process, where and who receives it; get access or a copy; correct, delete, object to, restrict or transfer your data; and withdraw consent. Write to WhatsApp +7 983 322-19-76 and we will reply within 7 working days. If you disagree with the reply you can complain to the State Agency for Personal Data Protection (info@dpa.gov.kg) or go to court.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Without consent analytics stays off; if you do not agree to your demo chat messages being transferred abroad, simply do not write in it — the site and WhatsApp contact keep working.

Artificial intelligence

The demo chat on the site is an artificial intelligence system: replies are produced by a program based on a language model, not by a person. This is stated next to the chat and in its first message. The chat makes no decisions affecting your rights and does not pass your messages to clinics. Do not write passport, medical or payment details in it.

Without your consent the site does not load Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica and sends no visit data to Google or Yandex. If you press “Allow”, Google Analytics (USA) and Yandex Metrica (Russia) are loaded: they receive the page address, device type, source of the visit and your actions on the page, and “Webvisor” records the session. Metrica sets _ym* cookies. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads without these services. Your choice is remembered in the browser; change it with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. The site works the same whichever you choose.
